Kitchen assessment

We listen first. Thirty minutes, at your place or on a call. We ask what gets made in house, who makes it, how long it takes, and what you wish you never had to make again. We are not selling you anything in this meeting. If we cannot help, we will tell you.

You bring

Your menu and the thing that drives you mad.

We bring

Questions.

02

Product plan

Your recipe, costed. Within days you get a short plan: the lines we would take off your hands, what each would cost you landed, and what it saves in hours and waste. Then we make samples to your spec. When Lucas Quality Meats asked for a pastrami rub, we had a production batch to them in 72 hours.

You

Taste, push back, sign off.

We

Develop, cost, and keep adjusting until it is right.

03

Pilot

Start small. One or two products in a few of your sites, delivered by the distributor you already use. Your team uses them on a normal week. We watch the numbers with you.

04

Rollout

Line by line. Once the pilot holds, we roll it out across your sites, highest-volume item first, then the next. We keep developing with you as your menu changes.

How supply works.

Nothing changes about how your sites order. The prep just stops happening in them.

We make it

We develop, make, pack, label and barcode. Every batch is coded, made to a fixed recipe and signed off before it leaves the kitchen.

Your distributor delivers

Your distributor holds and delivers it. Your ordering, invoicing and delivery days stay exactly as they are.

Small runs

One run a month, one invoice. No big minimums, and less cash sitting in your coolroom.

Questions.

The ones operators ask us first.

Who owns the recipe?

You do. Anything we develop to your recipe is made only for you, and we put that in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

No big minimums. The volume needs to be real enough to make a batch worth running, and we will tell you straight away if it is not.

Do you deliver to my stores?

No. Your existing distributor does. That keeps your ordering, invoicing and delivery days exactly as they are.

Can my brand go on it?

Yes. Your name on the pack, and a retail bottle for your counter if you want one.

What about allergens and labelling?

Every product ships with its ingredient list, allergen statement, nutrition panel and batch coding, ready for your distributor.

I only have one site. Is that too small?

Not if the volume is there. Book the assessment and we will tell you honestly.

Step one is a
conversation.

Thirty minutes, at your place or on a call. No pitch.
